Pictures of my house finally!!!!

"STRESS"

The word stress about sums up my month. I have been a huge slacker when it comes to blogging. I have been a little better on facebook. So here is a quick update on the month. The house is painted, carpet ordered, cabinets being made, and wood floor ready to be installed by joe tomorrow!! Things have really come together with the house. It is so fun to see it start to be real. My paint colors turned out great (with some help from Dannette Downey who is so great!). That is a big relief. So in the next few weeks we should be very close to getting to move in. Work is still very slow, I keep hoping one day that is going to change. The girls are doing good, they are anxious to move into their new rooms. Ella has an everlasting cold that turned into an ear infection yesterday. (I guess tubes are not always the answer) But other than that we are doing good and I just wanted you all to know we still exist. I promise I will get some house pictures in the next 2 days and post them. Hope everybody has a good week.

2009

Well our New Years eve was quite boring around here. Joe and I watched shrek with the kids then I went to work at 10 in the emergency room. New Years day was much more exciting. First of all it was my birthday. I am 29, one more year and I will be 30! That seems crazy to me. So for my birthday my friends rebecca and hillarie took me to lunch at the Olive Garden and then we went and did some shopping. Thanks girls it was so nice to have a day without kids, except Hillarie's sweet baby! Then in the evening we went to our good friends the Andrus's and had pizza and games. We really miss living next door to such great neighbors. Overall it was a wonderful day for me. Now it is 2009, what will this year bring? I guess that is something only time will tell. We are hoping to be in our house by the middle of February. Joe is hanging trim this week so the painters can come next week. Very exciting. My sweet Grandma Ferney passed away yesterday. We will be having the funeral on Thursday in Idaho Falls. She was a wonderful lady who taught me lots of funny songs, who gave me my love for shoes, and who I inherited my nice finger nails from. Lots of good memories, she will be missed in our family. On a happy note we will get to see some of my cousins we haven't seen in awhile at the funeral. Today has been a lazy day. We are still in our pajamas. I guess I better find some motivation for today. I hope everyone has made their new years resolutions, maybe this will be the year I actually keep mine. Every year I say I am going to exercise and get into shape, we will see what this year brings for me!!
